"Leapin' Lena", who as a puppy, jumped out onto the freeway at 70mph and was recovered five days later, has become a top contender at the National Specialties.
Starting with the Best Opposite Sex in Futurity in 1998, she has become an accomplished lure courser, obedience dog, and triathlon competitor. She has won several best-of-breeds, and has several specialty awards of merit. She is pointed in ASFA, LGRA, and has completed two agility legs. She is a wonderful companion and still competes as a veteran.
